30-day window
You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Made-to-order / custom print
Most of our pieces are printed after the order. Even so, if the garment arrives unused, with tags, and in original packaging, you may request a return within those 30 days. Do not send anything back until we confirm and, if applicable, send you a return label.
How to start
Email us at admin@invictuz.mx with your order number and reason. If the return is approved, we will send a shipping label with instructions. Returned items are not accepted without a prior return request.

Damage, defects, or wrong item
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong one, contact us immediately at admin@invictuz.mx with photos and your order number. These cases are handled right away and do not depend on the “unused” condition window.
Exceptions / non-returnable
We do not accept returns of: perishable products; personal-care items; hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; sale items; gift cards. If you are unsure about a specific item, write to us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest path is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period (EU)
If merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will let you know when we have received and inspected your return and whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take longer to show it). If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us at admin@invictuz.mx.
