Welcome to I N V I C T U Z (“Invictuz,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://invictuz.mx and purchases of merchandise from our store.
By browsing or buying, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.
1. Who we are
Operated by EMPRESAS CASTILLO LLC d/b/a I N V I C T U Z.
Invictuz is a merch brand — a universal symbol of light and strength. We sell custom-printed apparel and related goods. We are not CastleCorp, a moving company, or a medical provider.
Invictuz Vital (Athlete OS) at https://invictuzvital.com is a separate digital product with its own terms. These Terms cover the merch storefront at invictuz.mx unless we say otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. If you buy for someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
3. Products & custom print
Most pieces are custom printed after you order and typically ship in 5–10 business days (see Shipping Policy). Colors, print placement, and photos are illustrative; small variations can happen with custom production.
We may limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in error.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of your market. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout when applicable. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments / Shop Pay and other methods we enable. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your selected method for the order total.
5. Orders, shipping & risk
Order acceptance happens when we confirm / fulfill. Shipping timelines and carriers are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes the package, unless local law says otherwise.
6. Returns & refunds
Custom merchandise returns follow our Refund Policy (including the 30-day unused custom return path via admin@invictuz.mx). Sale items and gift cards may be non-returnable as stated there.
7. Intellectual property
Invictuz names, logos, symbols, designs, copy, and product imagery are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell as your brand, or create confusingly similar goods without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms the store, fraud, attacks, or illegal activity). Agents and assistants may use public store and UCP/MCP endpoints as described in /agents.md, but payment always requires a human buyer’s approval.
9. Disclaimers
Merchandise is provided “as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Invictuz messaging (light, strength, hope) is brand philosophy — not a medical, religious, or results guarantee.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the store or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
